Bruce M. Yeager is Executive Vice President-Chief Financial Officer of Pappas Telecasting Companies.  His primary duties involve managing the company’s financing, capital sourcing, treasury, accounting, and compliance activities.

Immediately prior to his position with Pappas, Bruce was the principal of B. Yeager & Associates, where he provided clients with financial and strategic advice on a broad range of issues, including capital funding, financial planning, valuations, strategic development, and mergers & acquisitions.  From 1982 to 2003, he held various positions with Credit Lyonnais Americas, most recently as Co-Head of the Global Media and Communication Group.  His position included coordination of the global portfolio, financial, and marketing strategy for the media and communication sectors with direct responsibility for the Americas.  Over his career, Mr. Yeager has been involved in the structuring, negotiation and execution of over $50 billion in corporate finance and advisory services.

Bruce received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance & Accounting from Tulane University in 1979.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of the South in 1976.
